Esther Naomi Blackston

Esther Naomi Blackston, 73, of Springdale, Ark., died Nov. 3, 2016 at the Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville, Ark. She was born June 19, 1943 at Huntsville, Ark., the daughter of Alvie and Nancy Moppin White. She had retired from Cargill and was a member of the Faith Full Gospel Church in Bethel Heights, Ark. She was preceded in death by five brothers, Talbert White, Lonnie White, Arlie White, Charles White and Cecil White and one sister, Erma Hall. Survivors include: two brothers, Paul White of Huntsville, Ark., and Burl White of Lincoln, Ark.; two sisters, Mary Powell of Springdale, Ark., and Nettie Harvison of Kingston, Ark., and several nephews and nieces. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Nov. 7, in the chapel of Brashears Funeral Home with The Reverend Dwaine Houston officiating. Interment will be in the Marshall Cemetery at Forum, Ark., under the direction of Brashears Funeral Home www.brashearsfuneralhome.net of Huntsville, Ark. Pallbearers will be: Casey White, Silvester White, Marty White, Jimmy White, Jasper Spradling and Earl White. Visitation 2-4 p.m. on Sunday at Brashears.
