Mildred (Mickey) Ann Karnes Killion of West Fork, passed away Friday, May 27, 2016, At Willard Walker Hospice Home in Fayetteville. Mildred was born May 21, 1935 in West Fork, Ark., to Lee and Iris Karnes. She was preceded in death by her husband of 37 years, Benjamin F. Killion; her parents, a sister Lora Bell, and a brother Donald Karnes. Survivors include one daughter, Lucrecia Ann Killion Byford and husband Quincy of Monett, Mo., a sister, Wanda Karnes Miller and husband Kenneth of West Fork, one uncle, Alford Davis of Fort Smith, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Mildred was a member of First Christian Church. She enjoyed singing gospel songs, trying new recipes and cooking for her family. She enjoyed all the caregivers that helped her to live in her home. Then she enjoyed living at Brookstone Assisted Living. The family would also like to thank everyone at Willard Walker Hospice Home for the great care she received there. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Thursday, June 2, 2016 at Moore's Chapel in Fayetteville. Burial will follow in Karnes Cemetery, West Fork, Arkansas under the direction of Moore's Chapel.
