Brent Durand Daugherity

Brent Durand Daugherity, 64, a resident of West Fork passed away May 17, 2016 at Willard Walker Hospice Home in Fayetteville. He was born December 11, 1951 at Bucyrus, Missouri, the son of Raymond and Marjorie Miller Daugherity. Brent retired from the Arkansas State Park Service after 31 years at Devils Den State Park where he worked as a park ranger and naturalist. He was preceded in death by his father. Survivors include his wife of 40 years, Karen Daugherity; one son, Anthony Daugherity of Winslow; one daughter, Emily Daugherity Nichols and husband Kody of Little Rock; one brother, Lyle Dell Daugherity and wife Valerie of Chesterfield, Virginia; one sister, Raietta Taborosi and her husband Laszlo of Leavenworth, Kansas; three grandchildren, Haleigh, Jade and Chloe Daugherity. Memorial service will be held Friday May 20, 2016, 4 p.m. at Zinammon Church in West Fork. Memorials may be made to the Zinnamon Cemetery, c/o Jerry Boyd, P.O. Box 293, West Fork, Arkansas 72774.
