Archie Paul Butler Sr., age 75, of Winslow, died Sunday, May 8, 2016 in Benton. He was born March 10, 1941 in Ola, Arkansas, the son of Luther and Pauline Bohannon Butler. He was preceded in death by his wife, Wanda Butler; his parents; and two brothers, Howard Butler and R.L. Butler. He was retired from the sawmill industry. He was a volunteer firefighter in California and a volunteer at public schools. He loved to play the guitar and had a passion for music. He is survived by two daughters, Gaylyn Willyard and her husband Kerry of Winslow and Denise Parris and her husband Tom of Elk Creek, California; a son, Archie Paul Butler, Jr. and his wife Terrie of Elk Creek, California; two sisters, Shirley Sullins of Fayetteville and Helen Ferguson of Arkansas; three brothers, Bob Butler and Jimmy Butler both of Texas and Robert Butler of Winslow; a sister-in-law, Joyce Raney and her husband Doyle of Washington and two brothers-in-law, Ellis Ralls and his wife Gledia of Oregon and James Ralls of California; nine grandchildren, Tysun Lipanovich, Daniel Miller, Travis Butler, Trevor Butler, Tori Pride, Heather Bowman, Jamie Hunt, Lauryn Willyard and Archie Graycen Willyard; nine great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
