Charlotte M Press, 89, of Tontitown, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, May 7, 2016 at her home. Charlotte passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family. She was born Feb. 22, 1927 in Grinnell, Iowa to Everett and Florence Evans Tew. Charlotte moved to Arkansas after her husband's death. She then served as the pastor's secretary at First Presbyterian Church. After retirement, she enjoyed her grandchildren, her great-grandchildren, the beach, and solving puzzles. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Press and one daughter, Linda Kay Press. Survivors include one son, Michael Press and wife, Janelle of West Des Moines, Iowa; one daughter, Debbie Pianalto and husband, Mike of Tontitown; grandchildren: Michelle O'Meara and husband, Steve of West Des Moines, Greg Press and wife, Bambi of Urbandale, Iowa, Brian Young and wife, Jill of Rogers, Brad Young of Tontitown, and Nick Pianalto of Fayetteville; great-grandchildren: McKenna and Mitch O'Meara, Saxton and Gia Press, Cooper and Carmen Young, Rylee Young, Jack, Mia and Reagan Daidone, Jayden Anady, Isabelle and Hailey Young. Funeral services will be Tuesday, May 10, 2016 at 11 a.m. at Sisco Funeral Chapel of Springdale with Charlie Foster officiating. Burial will follow in the Springtown Cemetery.
