Wanda Mae Soales Lee

Wanda Mae Soales Lee passed away on Friday, June 24, 2016 at Shiloh Health in Springdale, Ark. with family by her side. She was born March 26, 1933 in Anderson, Ind. and lived more than thirty years in Elwood, Ind. before moving to Bentonville, Ark. in 2001. She worked at various jobs throughout her life as a LPN and worked at Ex-Cello Manufacturing. She was an avid gardener and a master of sewing. Wanda is survived by her daughters, Gwendolyn Hope Lee, Regina Gail Garner (John), Melisa Ann Altherr (Joseph), Kimberly Dawn Masters (Daniel); grandchildren, Daniel Tyler Masters, Morganne Danielle Masters, Stephanie Dawn Thompson (Scott), Emily Ann Garner (Joshua Lawson), Robert Thomas Lee (Jennifer), Christina Hawkins, Joseph Altherr (Linda), John Garner (Penny), Carrie Sterling; Brother, John David Yeagley; Niece, Rhonda Shepard (Mitch); Nephew, David E. Yeagley (Shirley); twenty two great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and four very special friends in Bentonville, Ark. - Terry O'Rourke, Allen Mitchell, Lynn Love and Mary Tallant. Wanda was preceded in death by her parents Harvey Soales and Della Frazier; step-father, Charles Ruble; Daughter, Sharon Lee Ruble; sister, Belva Soales Hardwick; Nephew, Ronald Lee Yeagley. A Christian service and celebration of life will be held at First Church of the Nazarene, 2300 Jackson St., Anderson, Ind. at 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 2, 2016. Burial of her ashes will be immediately following at Maplewood Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be held at the church from 10 a.m. until the time of service on Saturday.
