Leo Seal, 88, of Ozark, Arkansas died Monday, June 20, 2016 in Little Rock, Arkansas. He was a retired Job Superintendent for Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department; a US Navy WWII Veteran; and a member of First Baptist Church in Ozark. He was born August 3, 1927 in Emmett, Arkansas to Granville Earl and Vera McFarland Seal; he was preceded in death by his parents;his wife, Sue Adams Seal; two sisters, Cleo Lewis and Margaurite Westmoreland; two brothers, Joseph Robert Seal and Granville Earl Seal, Jr.; and a grandson, Daniel Michael Seal. Survivors include his sons David Seal and wife Dale of Bryant, Arkansas, and Michael Seal and wife Elaine of Cookeville, Tennessee; seven grandchildren, Denise Kratz, Diana Bass, Melanie Uthus, Darlene Seal, Michelle Wright,Rebecca Seal and Andrew Seal; and six great grandchildren, Mia, Cole and Ellie Uthus, Abbie and Mathew Wright, and Jefferson Bass. Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 25, 2016 at First Baptist Church in Ozark with Reverend Ted Darling officiating and burial at Highland Cemetery under direction of Shaffer Funeral Home of Ozark. Serving as pallbearers are Joseph Lee Bass, Jason Kratz, Daniel Uthus, David Wright, Andrew Seal and Jerry Ward. Honorary pallbearers are Mac Bornman, Dave Jansen, Jack Hawkins, Cliff Hawkins, J.G. Wells, Charlie Brown, Bill Sullivan,and John Paul Woolsey. The family will visit with friends from 6 until 8 p.m. Friday, June 24th at Shaffer Funeral Home, 22315 West Commercial Street in Ozark.
