Betty K. Stoneman

Betty K. Stoneman, 97, of Bella Vista, Ark., died June 8, 2016. She was born April 8, 1919 in Allen County, Ind., to Oscar McMahon and Mildred Murchland McMahon. She was a member of the Professional and Business Women's Assoc., Beta Sigma Phi. As a resident of Bella Vista for 41 years, she was also a charter member of Bella Vista Community Church, choir member and Village Bell Ringers. Preceded in death by her parents and husband of 67 years, John J. Stoneman. Survivors include John J. Stoneman III of Henderson, Nev., Thomas L. Stoneman of Frisco, Texas; one sister, Nila Thurman of Mesa, Ariz.; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Memorial Services will be held at 2 p.m., Monday, June 13, 2016 at Concordia On The Hill, All Purpose Room, Bella Vista, Ark. Dr. Anna Teel will officiate.
