Julie Strojia

Julie Ann Strojia born September 16, 1943 in Phoenix, Arizona passed away July 18, 2016 in Rogers at the age of 72. Julie spent her life loving children and families. She opened her home to children through the foster program in Garden Grove, California in 1966 and cared for more than 18 children in seven years. She ended her career as a Parent Educator for the Benton County Sunshine School, supporting multiple families in Benton County. She is preceded in death by her husband, John Wayne Strojia, as well as her parents, Molla and Buck Clark of Rogers. She is survived by her daughter, Valerie Morrison and her husband Mike; her sister, Peggy Bishop and her husband Mike; seven grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren, all of Northwest Arkansas. A celebration of her life will be at a later date.
