Larry Howard Jundt, 72, of Springdale, died Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at the Arkansas Veterans Home at Fayetteville. He was born August 19, 1943 in Rugby, North Dakota to Joseph and June Parkinson Jundt. Larry was a veteran of the Vietnam War. He began his 26 year military career with the Army and then retired from the Air Force. He then entered his second career as a claims representative with the Social Security Administration. He enjoyed traveling, dancing in his younger years, and was devoted to his family. He is survived by his wife, Kathy Jundt of the home; six children, Tim Jundt (Shelley) of Chandler, Arizona, Shannon Foster (Doug) of Omaha, Nebraska, Brian Bruckner (Cindy) of Issaquah, Washington, Kevin Bruckner (Glenda) of Springdale, Sean Bruckner (Joey) of Biloxi, Mississippi, Todd Bruckner of Horn Lake, Mississippi; one brother, seven sisters, and several grandchildren a great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 12:30 p.m. Monday, July 11, at St. Raphael Catholic Church. Interment with military honors will follow at Fayetteville National Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 3 p.m. followed by a Rosary at 4 p.m. Sunday at Heritage Funeral Home, online guestbook at www.heritageofnwa.com.
