Clyde Dale McClure

Clyde Dale McClure, 58, of Van Buren passed away Wednesday, January 13, 2016 in his home. He was a self employed farmer; a graduate of Van Buren High School Class of 1976. He was member of Oak Grove Baptist Church in Van Buren He was preceded in death by his wife, Brenda (Gooch) McClure; his father, Clyde Albert McClure. Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, January 16, 2016 Oak Grove Baptist Church in Van Buren with burial at Gill Cemetery in Van Buren under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren. He is survived by one daughter, Bridgett Hargis and husband, Matt of Prairie Grove, Ark.; his mother, Billie Jean (Kling) McClure of Van Buren; two brothers, Fred McClure and wife, Phyllis of Van Buren, Alan McClure and wife, Sue of Leawood, Kansas; three grandchildren, Olivia, Madelyn and Hudson Hargis. Pallbearers will be Jim Gooch, Mark Mason, David Crabtree, Mike Faucher, Charlie and Austin McClure. Honorary pallbearers will be Jimmy, Terrell and Carroll McClure, Ralph and Don Faldon, Donnie Penson, Bill Vickery, Allen Turner and Olin Smith Jr. Family will visit with relatives and friends Friday, January 15, 2016 from 6-8 p.m. at Ocker Funeral Home, 700 Jefferson Street, Van Buren.
