Phyllis Jean Nulty, 78, of Bentonville died Sunday, January 03, 2016 at Circle of Life Hospice in Bentonville. She was born March 20, 1937 in Sioux City, Iowa the daughter of Harry and Marion Irwin. She was a member of St. Stephens Catholic Church of Bentonville. She worked in banking for many years, as well as working with Morgan Stanley and Raymond James. She and her husband loved watching Iowa Hawkeye and Razorback Football games. She had lived in the Northwest Arkansas area for over 30 years after moving from New Hampton, Iowa. She was preceded in death by: her parents, two sisters; Pauline Mahan and Mary Lou Christensen, and four brothers; Roger Irwin, Harry Irwin, Willard Irwin, and Duane Irwin. Phyllis is survived by her husband Tom Nulty, whom she married July 2, 1960, and one daughter; Colleen Nulty, of Bentonville, one brother; Les Irwin. A celebration of her life will be Saturday, January 9 at 11 a.m. at St. Stephens Catholic Church in Bentonville. Arrangements by Epting Funeral Home Bentonville.
