Hazel Nelle Haught, 86, of Huntsvile, Ark., died Dec. 30, 2015 at the Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville, Ark. She was born March 24, 1929 at Saint Paul, Ark., the daughter of Lloyd and Mable Ricketts Smith. She was a retired businesswoman, a member of the Calvary Baptist Church in Huntsville and the Auxiliary of Hayes-Smith Post #137 in Huntsville and was active in the Madison County Senior Activity Center. She was the widow of Hoy Marvin Haught who preceded her in death on July 8, 2004. She was also preceded in death by three brothers, Albert Smith, Lloyd Smith Jr. and Afton Smith. Survivors include: two sons and one daughter-in-law, Marvin Haught of Huntsville and Lloyd E. and Sharon Haught of Witter, Ark.; two grandsons, Matthew Haught of Alexandria, Virginia and Ryan E. Haught of Huntsville, Ark.; two granddaughters, Jordyn Guillen of Santa Fe, N.M. and Heather Smith of Witter, Ark.; two great-grandchildren, Myranda Smith of Witter, Ark. and Tristen Haught of Huntsville, Ark. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Jan. 4, in the chapel of Brashears Funeral Home with The Reverend Branden Brasel officiating. Interment will be in the Witter Cemetery under the direction of Brashears Funeral Home www.brashearsfuneralhome.net of Huntsville, Ark. Pallbearers will be: Wendell Nothdurft, Rick Haught, Randy Haught, Ryan E. Haught, Tom Wyatt and J. P. Brandenburg. The family will receive friends from 3-5 p.m. on Sunday at Brashears.
