Brett James Holzhauser

Brett James Holzhauser, 44, of Elkins, went to be with the Lord, Wednesday, Dec. 30, 2015. He was born Aug. 8, 1971, in Wichita, Kan., the son of Bill and Belinda Holzhauser. He worked 26 years with Wal-Mart and attended First Baptist Church of Elkins. He is survived by his wife of 22 years, Cindy Holzhauser and their two children, Logan and Lauren; his parents, Bill and Belinda Holzhauser of Gassville, Ark.; a brother, Billy Holzhauser and his wife, Michele and their three sons: Hunter, Heath and Hayden; his in-laws, Bob and Cheryl Bryant of Fayetteville, Ark.; brother-in-law, Matthew Bryant and wife, Andrea of Springdale, Ark.; and brother-in-law, Kevin Bryant and wife, Heather and their two children. A celebration of Brett's life will be held on 10 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 5, 2016 at Beard's Funeral Chapel with Pastor Rex Griffin officiating. Interment will be in the Hazel Valley Cemetery under the direction of Beard's Chapel. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 4, 2016 at the funeral home.
