Beverly Ann Hayes

Beverly Ann Hayes, 57, of Elkins, died Friday, Feb. 5, 2016 at Circle of Life in Springdale, Ark. She was born May 10, 1958 in Rome, N.Y. to Marsha Perry and Walter Brown. Her favorite thing to do was sit on the back porch and play with her dogs. She is survived by her husband, Jamie Hayes of Elkins, Ark.: two daughters, Misty Testerman and son-in-law, Brian Testerman of Diamond, Mo., Jammie Hayes of West Fork, Ark.; two grandsons, Cody Forsyth and Taylor Franek; two sisters, Karen Urlage of Mooreland, Ind. and Mary Lynch of Midlothian, Texas. She is preceded in death by her son, John Allen Hayes; mother, Marsha Perry; sisters, Deborah Martinez, Barbara Futty and brother, Stephen Brown. A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
