Benjamin E. Costales

Ben E. Costales, 66, of Springdale, Arkansas died December 21, 2016 in Springdale. He was born January 7, 1950 in Tulare, Calif., to Benjamin B. and Mary Juanita Costales. He is preceded in death by his father and his brother, Randy Costales, both of Springdale. Ben is survived by his mother, Mary Juanita Costales of Jefferson City, Mo.; his four children, Summer Costales, Candace Costales and Kayla Kelly of Springdale, and Chad Costales of San Diego, Calif.; his brother, Glen Costales of Jefferson City, Mo.; 10 grandchildren; and six nieces and nephews.
