James William (Treedog) Hester

James William Hester (Treedog), 55, of Springdale passed away Friday, August 5, 2016 at his home. He was born March 18, 1961 in Mount Vernon, Missouri to Arvle Hester and Mildred Barnes. He worked for the Washington County Road Department. He was a 15 year United States Army Veteran. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, NASCAR and his dogs. A devoted husband and amazing father, also an extraordinary "Papa" to his "grandbabies." A very loyal man who had a profound impact upon his closest family and friends near and far. He will be greatly missed. He was preceded in death by his parents, stepfather, Buddy Lee, and two brothers, Buddy Lee and Roger Dale. Survivors include his wife, Kathleen Hester of the home; two sons, Christopher James Hester of Michigan and Andrew Lee Hester of Oklahoma; one daughter, Jamie Lynn Hester of Springdale; five brothers, four sisters, and five grandchildren: James, Ethan, Awbrey, Jared and Karley. Funeral services will be Wednesday, August 10, 2016 at 2 p.m. at Sisco Funeral Chapel of Springdale. Burial will follow in Silent Grove Cemetery in Springdale.
