Vernon Lee Conklin, 63, Springdale, died Aug. 6, 2016 in Fayetteville. He was born Sept. 13, 1952 in Springdale to Ephraim and Mable Conklin. Survivors include his wife, Cordilla Conklin; children, Stephen Conklin, John Conklin (Heather), Vernon A. Conklin and Charlene Kilpatrick (David); seven grandchildren.
