Loretta Barr Piper, 79, of Rogers, Ark. died March 30, 2016. She was born in Bridgeton, N.J. to Everett and Marion Loper. Survivors include: son, Jason Piper (Tina); daughter, Karen Piper and two grandchildren. Graveside service: 11 a.m., Saturday, April 2, 2016 at Rogers Cemetery.
