Delmer Jean Smith, 79, a resident of Lincoln, Ark., passed away Sept. 26, 2015 at the Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville. He was born Feb. 28, 1936 near Dutch Mills, Ark., the son of William A. and Virgie E. Bluebaugh Smith. Delmer was preceded in death by his wife, Darlene; one brother, Gene Smith; two sisters, Christine Wilson and Loretta Knepp. His hobbies were fishing, jet skiing, motorcycles, traveling, wild life, and wild women. His favorite movie and final saying: Bad Day at Black Rock (1955 Spencer Tracy Western) and "It's Bad News at Black Rock". Survivors include one son, Tom Smith of Springdale, Ark.; two daughters, Darla Moore of Riverside, Calif. and Denise Smith of Grove, Okla.; one twin sister, Della McKee of Prairie Grove, Ark.; 10 grandchildren: Dale Parson, Rick Moore, Damon Moore, Nicole McAlpin, Lace Henard, Ammanda Moore, Arthur Moore, Dane Smith, Evan Smith, and Kasey Smith; 13 great-grandchildren: Kilby Parson, Danielle Parson, Blaze Parson, Kelcy Moore, Landyn Washausen, Alexis Washusen, Aubrey Marshall, Mystique Henard, Chloe Johnson, Alixzandria Henard, Kaden Moore, Kennedi Moore, and Kai Henard. Visitation will be from 12 p.m. until 8 p.m., Monday at the Luginbuel Chapel. Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, Sept. 29, 2015, 10 a.m. at the Bethesda Cemetery Pavilion with burial in Bethesda Cemetery. Online guest book: www.luginbuel.com.
