Rollie Dean "R.D." Randolph, who resided in Fayetteville, Ark., passed away Friday, Sept. 18, 2015 in Fayetteville. He was born Oct. 18, 1934 in Paris, Ark. He was 80 years old. R.D. was an entrepreneur delving in the cattle, transportation and construction industry. He also held various positions within the great state of Arkansas. The various branches of government that he worked included Apiary Board, Weights and Measures, and the Arkansas Development Finance Authority (ADFA). Additionally, he served as a Field Administration Assistant for former U.S. Senator, J. William Fulbright. R.D. was a 1952 graduate of County Line High School and was a retired veteran of the Arkansas National Guard. Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, September 22nd, at Brotherton Funeral Home Chapel in Charleston. Burial (With Full Military Honors) will be at Caulksville Cemetery in Caulksville, under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home and Flower Shop in Charleston. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Kirby Lea (Chastain) Randolph; three sons, Randall Richard Randolph, Robert Dean Randolph and Russell William Randolph; one brother, Mick Randolph; three grandchildren. Family will visit with friends 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday night at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the Caulksville Cemetery Maintenance Fund @ P.O.
