Matthew Allen "Matt" Frank, 42, of Lowell, Ark., formally of New Bloomfield, Mo. passed away on Saturday, Aug. 29, 2015 due to injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident near Rogers, Ark. He was born on April 19, 1973 in Jefferson City, Mo. the son of Lyman and Terre (Clark) Frank. In April, 2014 he was united in marriage to Angel Dailey who survives of the home. Matt was a 1991 graduate of New Bloomfield High School and served his country in the United States Air Force from 1992 until 1995. He was employed with Peterbilt in Lowell, Ark. and was formally employed with Kenworth Trucking and Regan Honda. Matt loved sports cars and was a member of Mini Cooper and the S2000 Club and was a NRA certification instructor for conceal and carry. He made many great friends he met on the Boston Mountain Tour. Matt was loved by all who met him. A perfectionist, he was often found detailing the cars, trucks, or motorcycles he loved so well, and was never quite satisfied with the seemingly spotless beauty he brought out in them. He could always find a flaw that none of us could ever have noticed. However, this same awesome man treated people very differently. He took great satisfaction in helping family, friends and even total strangers in any way possible. He not only overlooked our flaws, he found the beauty and perfection in us that was hard for us to see for ourselves. None of us will ever laugh quite the way he could make us laugh with his wacky, dry humor again. This sincere, quiet, generous and loving man has left us all with a deep hole in our hearts that we will never be able to fill again. Living life to its fullest, his passion was contagious and we were all caught up in his charm. There will never be anyone that can fill the "Chuck" prints he left on our hearts, and we wouldn't have it any other way. Along with his wife and parents, he is survived by his son: Andrew "Drew" Frank of Springfield and his mother, Amanda Gardner of Holts Summit; step-children: Brent, Cody, Dalton and Kennedy; two sisters: Tamela Frank and her husband Mark Robertson of Columbia and Jennifer Lockerby and her husband Hugh of Scottsdale, Ariz.; maternal grandparents: James and Emogene Clark of Springfield; three nieces, one nephew and many other family members and friends. Matt was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents: August Frank, Claud and Virgie Reiter and his maternal grandmother: Elsie Miller. Friends will be received from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 9, 2015 at the Houser-Millard Funeral Chapel. Memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. on Sept. 9, 2015 at Houser-Millard Funeral Chapel with Pastor Steve Jones officiating. Full military honors will follow the service.
