Harvey Ray Stevens, 66, of Lowell, passed away Saturday, Oct. 24, 2015 at Circle of Life Hospice in Springdale. He was born Aug. 2, 1949 in Casa Grande, Ariz. to Iven and Joyce Watson Stevens. Harvey was a Master Electrician. He was the Pastor of Frisco Springs Church. He was a Vietnam Veteran serving in the United States Army. He enjoyed panning for gold. He was an Amatuer Radio Operator. He liked Model A's, treasure hunting for coins and rocks. He treasured spending time with his family. He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Joyce Russell and Mary Catherine Stevens; one brother, Lee Roy Stevens. Survivors include his wife, Marca Stevens of the home; one son, Danny Stevens of Lowell; four daughters: Deana Stevens of Lowell, Jamie Carter and husband, Chris of Fort Smith, Amy Winkler and husband, Jackie of Siloam Springs, and Summer Self and husband, Raymond of Rogers; two brothers, Gene Stevens and wife, Dora of Springdale and John Lee Stevens of Lowell; one sister, Margaret Acuff and husband, Bill of Siloam Springs and 16 grandchildren. Funeral services will be Wednesday, Oct. 28, 2015 at 10 a.m. at Sisco Funeral Chapel with David Daffern officiating. Burial will follow in Fayetteville National Cemetery with Military Honors. A reception for family and friends will be held at Calvary Free Will Baptist Church, 1000 N Gutensohn Rd in Springdale, following the burial.
