Douglas Troy Chappell

Douglas Troy Chappell, 47, of Rogers died Wednesday, October 21, 2015 at Mercy Medical Center. He was the son of Dorise and Carl Chappell, born February 13, 1968 in Ozark, Arkansas. Doug loved children and enjoyed cars and trucks. He was an active member of the Definite Obsessions Car Club and Word of Life Fellowship. He was preceded in death by his grandparents; Alpha and Leonard Reece. Doug is survived by his wife, Amanda Chappell of Rogers, his parents, Dorise and Carl Chappell, three sons; Blake Chappell and his wife Stephane, Chris Chappell and his wife Abby, Shawn Chappell and his wife Kristen, two daughters; Jennifer Merlino, Willow Chappell, four brothers; Larry Chappell and his wife Christina, Eric McMillan, John McMillan, Jerry Chappell and his wife Corey, one sister; Melissa Shook, two grandchildren; Byanka and Caleigh, the godparents to his children; Troy and Holly Adams, and many other family members and close friends. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Saturday, October, 24th at Word of Life Fellowship in Bentonville.
