Henry Leon Floyd, 72 of Garfield, Ark., passed away Saturday, Oct. 10, 2015 at Circle of Life Hospice in Bentonville. He was born Nov. 9, 1942 in Crossville, Ill., the son of Omer G. Floyd, Sr. and Mildred Precure Floyd. Henry owned and operated Floyd Engineering, and a devoted Christian man. Henry was an avid Razorback football fan. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife of 40 years, Ruth Robinson Floyd; and a sister, Beverly June Floyd Survived by his wife of 11 years, Patricia Rogers Floyd of the home; children: Judi McCoy and husband, Lonnie of Garfield; John H. Floyd and wife, DeDe of Pea Ridge; and Janet Couch of Springdale; Scott Rogers and wife, LeAnn of Elkins and Michelle Rogers Bowers and husband, Jeff of Cave Springs; brother, Omer G. Floyd, Jr. and wife, Lovie of Oklahoma City, Okla.; sisters, Glenda Dunham of Riverside, Calif. and Kathryn Buttram and husband, Randy of Oklahoma City, Okla.; 15 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Services will be 10 a.m., Tuesday, Oct. 13, 2015 at Benton County Funeral Home, 306 N. 4th, Rogers with Pastor Bobby Womack officiating. Private interment will be in the Rogers Cemetery.
