Phillip Pepe

Phillip Pepe, born March 18, 1961, Amsterdam, New York died of natural causes on October 5, 2015. He is survived by his parents, Marilyn Pepe of Springdale, Alfonso Pepe of Lowell, and siblings, Eva McKinney, Michael Pepe, Diana Rhine, David Pepe, nieces and nephews. A private memorial service is planned.
