Chase Donovan Clay, 19, of Fayetteville, Ark. died Tuesday, September 29, 2015 in Fayetteville, Ark. He was born January 3, 1996 in Mandeville, La. to Glenn Donovan Clay Jr. and Joy Joyner Clay. Chase is survived by his parents, Don and Joy Clay; two brothers, Corey and Colin Clay all of Concord, N.C.; paternal grandparents, Glenn Clay and Elizabeth Stingley of Atlanta, Ga.; maternal grandparents, Jack and Patsy Joyner of Smyrna, Ga. Memorial service will be held at 1 p.m., today, October 3, 2015 at Fellowship Bible Church in the Training Center Chapel with Pastor Bart Sego officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the Bella Vista Animal Shelter, 32 Bella Vista Way, Bella Vista, Ark. 72714, in Chase's honor.
