Bendetto Cardali

Benedetto Cardali, age 87, of Bentonville, formerly of Sanford, Florida, died November 16, 2015, at Circle of Life Hospice in Bentonville. He was born in San Fratelo, Sicily, on February 23, 1928, to the late Paolo and Anna (Marino) Cardali. He was a member of the Roman Catholic Church and attended St. Stephen in Bentonville. Survivors include his wife, Madeline (Schepis) Cardali; daughter, Angela Sanford of Bentonville; son, Paul Cardali of Morristown, Tenn.; granddaughter, Annaliese Sanford; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers; and son-in-law, Ronn Sanford Jr. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, November 19, 2015, at Callison-Lough Funeral Home in Bentonville. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Friday in the Chapel at St. Stephen Catholic Church, officiated by Monsignor Scott Marczuk, with entombment to follow at Pinnacle Memorial Gardens.
