Dennis Andrew Tyburski, 88 years old, of Bella Vista, Arkansas, peacefully passed away November 9, 2015 at the Circle of Life Hospice in Bentonville, Arkansas. Dennis was born to Walter and Stephania Tyburski in Buffalo, N.Y. on July 29, 1927. He was a WWII Navy veteran, stationed at the Naval Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pa. He graduated from the University of Buffalo, N.Y. with a B.A. in Geology and Chemistry. He received a M.S. in Chemistry and Industrial Hygiene at the University of Pittsburgh, Pa. His successful career in industrial hygiene provided him global opportunities and challenges. He retired in Joplin, MO spending time reading and writing, performing theatre, enjoying his grandchildren and walking his dog, Sweety. He was proud of his Polish heritage and serving his country. Dennis was a complimentary man of gentle nature, with a loving heart. His kindness and generosity will be remembered by many. He was predeceased by his parents and one sister, Cynthia Dorothy Millard, of Buffalo, NY. He is survived by six children: Susan Tyburski, James Tyler, Mark Tyler, and Charles Tyler of the Denver, CO area; and Nicholas Tyburski and Elizabeth Botson of Bella Vista, Ark; and three grandchildren; Micaiah Ledbetter, Jacob Tyburski, and Annabella Tyburski of Bella Vista. A remembrance service will be held at the American Legion, 1889 Bella Vista Way, Bella Vista, Ark. on Sunday, November 15; drop-in from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. to celebrate his life. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association at www.alz.org. Columbarium inurnment services will be held at the Fayetteville National Cemetery, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
