Sandra Sigmon Johnson, 72, passed away Wednesday, November 4, 2015 at her home. She was born July 19, 1943 in Fayetteville, Arkansas to Kendle and Julia Creekmore Sigmon. She graduated Springdale High School in 1960. She was a member of Faith Regular Baptist Church in Elm Springs. She worked as a Shoe Salesperson at Rich's Shoes. She worked for Dorothy Hanby, CPA, Tex Holt Tire and Larry Williams Auction Service. Sandra adored her family and loved taking care of them. She enjoyed helping take care of her girls horses when they were growing up. Sandra volunteered and was a member of Council at Springdale Senior Center for many years. She was an Ambassador for the Senior Center where she was always the first one to talk to new people. Sandra lived life to take care of others and was a caring, generous person. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, David Harvey Sigmon. Survivors include her husband, Bobby Johnson of the home to whom she married July 28, 1961; two daughters, Holly Baker and husband Dwayne of Springdale and Jenny Swearingen and husband Daryl of Springdale; two granddaughters, Cheyenne Baker and Baylea Swearingen and one sister, Margie Greenlee of Springdale. Funeral services will be Saturday, November 7, 2015 at 1 p.m. at Sisco Funeral Chapel with Pastor Gary Jewell and Pastor Bill Williams officiating. Burial will follow in Friendship Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, November 6, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home. If desired Memorials may be made to the Springdale Senior Center, 203 Park St., Springdale, Arkansas 72764.
