George Richardson

George Richardson, 72, of Decatur, passed away May 16, 2015. He was born Oct. 23, 1942 at War Eagle, the son of Robert and Ruth Richardson. He was a truck driver and served in the United States Army. Preceded in death by his wife, Patricia; one son Troy; his mother, Ruth Thompson; his father, Robert Richardson; and one sister, Shirley Townsend. Survived by his children: George Richardson of Rogers, Larry Richardson and wife, Trish of Elkins, Barry Richardson and wife, Ginny of Boonville, Barbara Fondren and husband, Jimmy of Rogers, Darrell Richardson and wife, Cindy of Apache Junction, Ariz., Rononda Hardbarger and husband, Ernie of Rogers, and Becky Krugler and husband, Paul of Rogers; sisters, Roberta McFall and Alma Maynard, both of Texas; and one brother, Bobby Richardson of Rogers; 22 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
