Nora Frances Peterson

Nora Frances "Fran" Peterson, 91, of Decatur, Arkansas, died March 22, 2015, at Siloam Springs Nursing and Rehab, Siloam Springs, Arkansas. Born December 30, 1923, in Decatur, Arkansas, she was the daughter of Jake and Ollie Cecile (Ownby) Dill. Fran and Earl Peterson were married February 27, 1943. She attended the Assembly of God Church in Decatur, Arkansas. Fran was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, brothers, Buster Dill and Gene Dill; sisters, Louise Johnson, Marie Patterson, Leta Tucker, Lena Rose, Lula Florer and Alice Guss. Survivors include her sisters, Donzella Windmiller of Sacramento, California, Jewel Lashmett of Lusk, Wyoming and Mona Goldman of Decatur, Arkansas; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Thursday, March 26, 2015, at Wasson Memorial Chapel, Siloam Springs, Arkansas. Burial will follow at Decatur Cemetery, Decatur, Arkansas.
