Daniel J. Moloney

Daniel J. Moloney 66, of Bentonville, Ark., passed away Thursday, March 12, 2015 at Northwest Arkansas Hospital in Springdale, Ark. He was born on July 26 1948 in Blue Island, Ill. to Leo and Esther Moloney. He was preceded in death by his father, Leo Moloney. He is survived by his wife, Judy Moloney; mother, Esther Moloney; step-children, Dana Horstmann and wife Mary, April Fenton and husband Bill, Sue Cravens and husband Kenny, Jill Roberson and husband Nick, Ryan Horstmann, Dean Horstmann and wife Carla, Joe Horstmann and wife Alisha; siblings, Patrick Moloney and wife Carolyn, Joseph Moloney, Edward Moloney, Theresa Hennessy, Frances Hanley and husband Keith, Catherine Trowbridge and husband Benny; plus numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Dan had a colorful and full life, living many places before settling in Northwest Arkansas. He was a well-respected realtor, builder and entrepreneur in Benton County. His hobbies included spending time with his children, reading and spending time with his dogs. His gruff exterior couldn't mask his kind heart. A visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. on Monday, March 16, 2015 at the Bella Vista Funeral Home Chapel, 2258 Forest Hills Blvd., Bella Vista, Ark. A Funeral Service will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, March 17, 2015 at the Bella Vista Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Bella Vista Cemetery.
