Thomas E. Kendall

Tommy E. Kendall, MD., 77, died at home Feb. 22, 2015. He was preceded in death by his parents and son, Craig S. Kendall, JD. Tom is survived by his wife, Jane; son, Mark A. Kendall, MD; grandchildren; Bryan P., Meghan E., Lee M. Kendall all of Rogers; James S., Stephanie J. Kendall-Wagner (Maxwell) of Kansas. Cremains will be interred in Holdenville Cemetery, Okla. at a later date. No local service is planned. Arrangements under the care of Rollins Funeral Home.
