Deborah "Debbie" Lynn Phillips, 60, of Huntsville died June 15, 2015. She was born January 2, 1955 in Wichita, Kan. Preceded in death by her parents, Emmitt and Elaine Phillips. Survivors include her daughter; sister; three grandchildren and two nieces.
