James Paul Wagner, 63, of Garfield passed away June 7, 2015 in his home. He was born June 27, 1951 in Harvey, North Dakota the son of William Henry and Mathilda Remmick Wagner. He served in the United States Army. Survived by his children, James Paul Wagner of Jamestown, North Dakota; Michelle Desmond of Aurora, Illinois and William Henry Wagner of Harvey, North Dakota; sisters, Ella Mae Torling of Garfield and Adeline Ann Kupra of Harvey, North Dakota; five grandchildren.
