Joseph F. Gabrhel

Joseph F. Gabrhel, 93, of Bella vista, Ark. died on April 18, 2015 at Highlands Health and Rehab. He was born on April 13, 1922 in St. Francis, Wisc. to Frank and Elizabeth (Vavrinec) Gabrhel. He was a World War II army veteran who followed Paton to the Battle of the Bulge. He loved to play golf and shot his age at 83. He is survived by his wife of 35 1/2 years, Virgie Gabrhel of the home; one son, Jay Gabrhel of Houston, Texas; one daughter Janine Nell and husband Michael of Wauneka, Ill.; one step-daughter, Deonne Evens and husband Richard of Milwaukee, Wisc.; one step-son, Marquis B. Robinson II and wife Susan of Muskego, Wisc.; one sister Margaret Melotik of South Milwaukee, Wisc.; eight grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. A Mass of the Resurrection will be held at 9 a.m. on Saturday June 20, 2015 at St. Bernard Catholic Church, 1 St. Bernard Lane, Bella Vista, Ark. 72715. Father Barnabas Maria-susai will be officiate.
