Phyllis Yvonne Kelley

Phyllis Yvonne Kelley, 67, of Bentonville passed away July 22, 2015 in Atlanta, Georgia at Atlanta Kidney Hospital. She was born in St. Paul, Minnesota on March 12, 1948. She is preceded in death by her parents, John and Jewel Kelley and one brother, Paul Kelley. She is survived by three children, Dawn Kelley of Woodbury, Minnesota, Kimberly Champion of Kennesaw, Georgia and Frank Kelley and wife Angelique of Marietta, Georgia; five brothers, John Kelley, Jr. and Gene Kelley both of Bentonville; William Kelley, Larry Kelley and wife Racheal all of St. Paul, Minnesota; Troy Kelley of Tulsa; three sisters, Cecelia Quaggiotto of Rogers; Linda Kelley of Milwaukee, Wisconsin and Theresa Stewart and husband Charles of Bentonville; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild and many nieces and nephews.
