Dwain Caler

Dwain Eugene Caler, 60, of Cave Springs died Tuesday, July 21, 2015 at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville. He was born in Fayetteville February 6, 1955 in Fayetteville, the son of Orlean Mildred Gardner and Willie Eugene Caler. He enjoyed hunting, and was an avid sports fan. He especially loved the Arkansas Razorbacks and the St. Louis Cardinals. He worked as a dispatcher for 37 years at Arkhola Sand and Gravel. He was a lifetime resident of Northwest Arkansas. He was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include: his wife of 24 years; Diana Caler whom he married July 5, 1991, one son; Dustin Caler, two step-sons; Bryan Wolfgang and his wife Tori of Bella Vista, Heath Kavanaugh and his wife Brandy, of Bentonville, one step-daughter; Shelly Biggers and her husband Steve, of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, two brothers; Marvin Caler and his wife Kelly, of Greenland, Doug Caler, of Springdale, four sisters; Evelyn Wilson, of Wheeler, Kathy Spencer of Elm Springs, Shirley Caler, of Wheeler, Brenda Remaley, of Fort Smith, many nieces and nephews, seven grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren. Graveside service will be Monday at 10 a.m. at Bluff Cemetery in Springdale with Pastor Allan Akins officiating. Memorials may be sent to: Make A Wish Foundation.
