Jerry Don Douglas

Jerry Don Douglas, 76, of Sulphur Springs died July 17, 2015 in Bentonville. He was born April 17, 1939 in England, Arkansas to Glen and Carmel Douglas. Jerry served in the U.S. Air Force, and lived in Northwest Arkansas for 19 years after moving from San Jose, California. He enjoyed fishing and making things with wood. He was a carpenter for many years. Preceded in death by: His parents and two sisters: Pat Pellino and Judy Hicks. Survived by: His love, Lani Jacob; daughter, Olivia Lacoe (Brian) of Pineville, Mo.; granddaughter, Dani Lacoe of Pineville, Mo.; two brothers, Harold Douglas of Huntsville, Ark. and Larry Douglas of California; one sister, Shirley Douglas of California; Debbie Castillo (niece) of California; two sons, Raymond Douglas and Robert Douglas; and two daughters, Kerry Douglas and Kelly Douglas.
