Loretta J. Spencer

Loretta J. Spencer 70 of Lowell passed away July 17, 2015 in Springdale. She was born March 27, 1945 in Honolulu, Hawaii the daughter of Mateo and Gertrude Asuan Padilla. She was a retired teacher's aid from Eastside Elementary School in Rogers. Loretta was a member of the First Baptist Church in Lowell. She is preceded in death by her son Norman Michael Spencer. Survivors two daughters Jodie Plumlee and husband Ray of Rogers and Schnell Watson and husband Brian of Lowell; three brothers Roger, Rodwick and Reggie Padilla; one sister Billie Jo Edmunson; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Tuesday; July 21, 2015 at the First Baptist Church in Lowell with Pastor Gary Thomas officiating. Private family interment will follow.
