Mary Ann Clark

Mary "Ann" Clark of Fayetteville, Arkansas, died Wednesday, July 15, 2015. She was born August 13, 1931 in Canehill, Arkansas, to Homer and Clara Smith. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Clark, both parents, Homer and Clara Smith and six brothers and seven sisters. She worked many years in the homes of Peter Estes Sr., Peter Estes, Jr., Robert Perry and Dr. Deal. She retired in 2011. She loved to work in her yard and tending her garden; she also loved cooking and was famous for her sweet potato pies, apple pies and her homemade barbeque sauce. She was a member of the Combs Street Church of Christ. She is survived by her daughter, Karen Sue Clark of Fayetteville, Arkansas; two sons, Jeremy Clark of Fayetteville, Arkansas and Harry Clark Jr. of Florida; seven grandchildren, Annette Clark, Skylar Clark, Tiara Clark, Tevin Clark, Bella Clark, Harrison Clark and Austin Clark; five great-grandchildren, Malaya Logan, Brookly Waters, Brandon Waters, Kennedy Clark and Addison Clark and a host of family and friends. Visitation will be 5 p.m. - 7 p.m., Monday, July 20, 2015 at Moore's Chapel. Funeral service will be 11 a.m., Tuesday at Combs Street Church of Christ in Fayetteville followed by burial at Oak Cemetery in Fayetteville, under the direction of Moore's Chapel.
