Frederick Allen

Frederick Allen, 49, of Fayetteville died Jan. 6, 2015, at Washington Regional Medical Center. He was born Oct. 24, 1965, in Little Rock to James and Beatrice Allen. Fred was preceded in death by his father, James Allen Sr. Survived by his wife of 15 years, Anna L. Allen; one son, Benjamin R. Carr; one daughter, Olivia L. Carr, both of Fayetteville; five siblings, James (Skate) E. Allen, Jr. of Little Rock; Richie L. Allen of Fountain Valley, Calif.; Cheryl D. Girley of Little Rock; April Evans of Memphis, Tenn.; and Angela Campbell of Little Rock; and a host of relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 14, 2015, at Beard's Chapel. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 15, 2015, at Mt. Comfort Church of Christ with Ministers Steve West and Tommy Brooks officiating. Interment will follow in Oak Cemetery under the direction of Beard's Chapel.
