Faye Asilene Florer

Faye Asilene Florer, 95 year old resident of Springdale, Arkansas, died January 4, 2015 in Springdale, Ark. Born June 27, 1919 in Delaware County, she was the daughter of Henry January and Vina Potter. Faye married Loyd Lincoln Florer on February 24, 1942 in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. She was a longtime resident of Maysville, Arkansas. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Loyd; three brothers, Roy, Johnny, and Ray January; and one sister, Velma Linn. She is survived by three sons, Arthur Florer and wife Ruth Ann of Springdale, Ark., Dennis Florer and wife Elizabeth Ann of Bentonville, Ar., and Wayne Florer and wife Kathryn Ann of Maysville, Ar.; four sisters, Tressie Linn of Colcord, Oklahoma, Dessie Johnson of Colusa, California, Pearl Hollenback of West Siloam, Oklahoma and Mildred Hollenback of Campo, Colorado; eight grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Wednesday January 7, 2015 at Immanuel Baptist, Maysville, Arkansas with Pastor Jim Alexander officiating.
