Yolanda Skaggs

Yolanda Skaggs, 74, of Rogers, Ark., died Dec. 20, 2015 at Mercy Medical Center in Rogers, Ark. She was born Feb. 2, 1941 at San Diego, Calif., the daughter of Joseph R. and Elvira Hinojosa Parga. She was retired from Sam's Club and was a Catholic. She was preceded in death by one son, Kevin Skaggs. Survivors include: her husband, Larry Skaggs of the home; one son and daughter-in-law, Brian Kelly and Linda Skaggs of Huntsville, Ark.; one daughter and son-in-law, Kim and Tony Cristarella of Rogers, Ark.; four sisters and three brothers-in-law, Becky and Barry Hess of Murrieta, Calif., Ann and Greg Bell of Renton, Wash., Liz Phaire of Temecula, Calif. and Debbie and John Jones of Santee, Calif.; her mother-in-law, Golda Skaggs of Huntsville, Ark.; two brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Truman and Paula Skaggs of Springdale, Ark. and Lafonda and Harold Williams of Bella Vista, Ark.; 13 grandchildren, Amber Skaggs, Sara Guevara, Teresa Cristarella, Kara Kydd, Cameron Skaggs, Zachary Skaggs, Ashlynn Skaggs, Kyla Thomas, Brooke Skaggs, Chyanne Skaggs, Vanessa Skaggs, Jacob Skaggs and Sofia Cristarella; 12 great-grandchildren, Braelyn Grimmett, Teagan Skaggs, Ryliegh Grimmett, Ethan Skaggs,Berkley Skaggs, Olivia Cristarella, Brayden Thomas, Delaney Thomas, Ja'Davian Grimmett, Mackenzie Thomas, Luka Guevara, and Reagan Skaggs and one more on the way. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, December 30, at Central United Methodist Church in Rogers with The Reverend Pamela Cicioni officiating. Interent will be in the Sparks Cemetery at Huntsville under the direction of Brashears Funeral Home www.brashearsfuneralhome.net of Huntsville, Arkansas. Pallbearers will be: Zachary Skaggs, Cameron Skaggs, Jacob Skaggs, Shawn Skaggs, Tony Cristarella and Jason Immel. Honorary pallbearers will be: Fernando Guevara, Tyler Ross, Justin McClendon and KC Stroud. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. on Tuesday, December 29, at the Central United Methodist Church in Rogers.
