Pamela Sue Carlisle

Pamela Sue Carlisle, 59, of Bentonville, Ark., passed away Dec. 11, 2015 at Northwest Medical Center. She was born Feb. 8, 1956 in Hazard, Ky. to Kenneth and Louise Parker Williamson. She had a love for life, family and friends! She is preceded in death by her parents and a sister. Pam is survived by her daughter, Tiffany Blankenship and husband, Kyle of Bentonville; a brother, Tim Williamson and wife, Lisa of Richmond, Ky.; a sister, Patricia Williamson of Hazard, Ky.; two granddaughters, Avery and Gracyn Blankenship. A memorial visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 15, 2015 at Stockdale-Moody Funeral Services in Rogers. Arrangements have been entrusted to Stockdale-Moody Funeral Services in Rogers.
