Howard D Lawson

Howard D Lawson, 68, of Seligman, Mo., passed away Saturday, Aug. 29, 2015 at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville. He was born June 8, 1947 in Spring Valley, Ark. to Kline and Cloveda Richardson Lawson. Howard was a Roofer. He enjoyed fishing and hunting. He was a "Father" and "Uncle" to many. Preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Virginia Lawson; one son, Kent Lawson; one daughter, Tonya Matthews; and one granddaughter, Natasha Lawson. Survivors include his wife, Glenda Lawson of the home; one son, Rick Lawson and wife, Laura of Avoca; one daughter, Sonya Anderson and husband, Travis of Knob Noster, Mo.; two sisters, Kay Wise and husband, Curtis of Cave Springs and Vera Bickley of Lowell; numerous grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Visitation will be Tuesday from 5 to 7 p.m. at Sisco Funeral Chapel of Springdale. Graveside services will be Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2015 at 11 a.m. at Burkshed Cemetery.
