CELEBRATION OF LIFE & MEMORIAL SERVICE: Hazel Marie Penn, 95, of Farmington, Sunday August 30, 2015, 2-4 p.m., Farmington Baptist Church, Farmington, Ark. Family and friends will gather to celebrate the life of their mother, mentor, beloved teacher, and friend. Hazel loved reading and encouraged her students to read and seek knowledge. The family requests in lieu of flowers donations may be made to Farmington Public Library, P.O. Box 150, Farmington, Ark. 72730 where her legacy will forever live on.
