Mildred Christina Vaughn

Mildred Christina Vaughn, 95, of Fayetteville, Ark., passed away Thursday, Aug. 13, 2015 in her home. She was preceded in death by her husband, Col. Daniel W. Vaughn, Sr. Mildred was born March 14, 1920 in Chicago, Ill. to James Petersen and Helga Christensen Petersen. She was retired from Montgomery Ward's Department Store. She is survived by one son, Daniel W. Vaughn, Jr. of Broken Arrow, Okla.; two daughters, Christina Vaughn Moraga and Joan Vaughn Hogan, both Fayetteville, Ark.; three grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
