Timothy Don Edie was born Sept. 7, 1964 and passed away on Wednesday, Aug. 12, 2015 after a tenacious fight with pancreatic cancer. Don Graduated from Rogers High School in 1983 and attended the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. He was an avid fisherman and hunter. He owned a Canoe campground on the Elk River in Missouri for many years. Don also enjoyed bicycling, tennis, skiing and world travel. He is survived by his mother, Anna Maud Edie; his sisters, Julie Edie, Amy Edie and Angie Edie; nephews, Jeremy Williams, Daniel Williams, Timothy Williams and his niece, Joy Williams. He was preceded in death by his brother, Joseph Lee Edie and his father, Winford Leon Edie. Don also leaves behind a special friend, Lisa Freeman and many other loving friends. A Celebration of Life will be held 7 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 20, 2015 at Fellowship Bible Church in Rogers, Ark. All friends who would like to honor Don's memory are welcome to attend. Arrangements are with Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home, 3800 W.Walnut, Rogers.
